Hluhluwe Game Reserve may be explored either by private vehicle or by booking a Day Safari to Hluhluwe Umfolozi Game Reserve, excursions to the Reserve include a 3hr Day Safari, Half Day Safari or a Full Day Safari.

All Day Safaris:
- Conducted in Open Game Drive Safari Vehicles
- Registered Game Rangers
- All Safari Vehicles have Carrier Permits as per the South African Transport Act
- All Rangers are First Aid Certified
- All vehicles are certified to operate within the Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park

This 6 Hour Safari offers you a better opportunity to witness the Big 5 while in the reserve travel from either the Hluhluwe side or the Umfolozi side, please bear in mind that the Umfolozi side offers better sightings of the Cats. Hluhluwe Umfolozi Game Reserve is the oldest proclaimed Game Reserve in Africa.
Big 5, Cheetah, and Wild Dogs may also be encountered while out on Safari.
