Hluhluwe Game Reserve, South Africa

The sightings in the reserve have been spectacular as of late, lots of Cheetah, Lion and Wild Dog sightings to name but just a few, the winter cycle is slowly showing signs of a thing of the past as the mornings are a bit warmer as well as the sunrise now at 5:45, this season we received better rainfall than last year.

As we now slowly approach summer we will shortly be experiencing our rainy season this coincides with various animals migrating and should you be traveling to the reserve please drop us an email for the latest sighting hot spots.

Heritage Tours & Safaris guides have been experiencing good sightings on the majority of the safaris. Top tip for this week is to once again remain in the southern section of the reserve Umfolozi continue past Mpila camp towards Sontuli Loop and Mpafa Hide.

Until our next update keep tracking
