Wild Dogs on the Corridor Road
Two Days in a Row Wild Dogs on the Corridor Road
Wild Dog sightings are absolutely incredble and rare
The Heritage Tours & Safaris game rangers have been incredibly fortunate over the past two days. Each morning while traveling to the park they have encountered a pack of Wild Dogs on the Corridor road just prior to the Nylazi Gate (Imfolozi section).
These sightings occurred early in the morning and once again proves the fact that you should try and get into the park as early as possible.
The corridor road splits the park into two separate parks the Northern section being the Hluhluwe section and the Southern section being the Imfolozi side. Previously one was not able to access both sides of the park and you would have to drive around to access either gate entrance. Today however you may enter any gate and enjoy both sides.
Please while driving on this corridor road or any other road within the park please refrain from speeding. The speed limit is 40km/h
Continuing on safari the game rangers once again found the Wild Dogs and this time where fortunate enough to have an incredibly rare sighting of the Wild Dogs mating.
Each day is an amazing and magnificent opportunity to be in this Park.
